Bitcoin Price Close to $112K, Sets New Record

Bitcoin has reached its highest price ever, briefly touching $111,988 on Wednesday evening before settling around $111,259. With the current exchange rate at IDR 16,215 per USD, this equals over IDR 1.8 billion per coin. Bitcoin Price July 10, 2025.

The rally is attributed to increasing investor interest in risk assets and rising institutional demand. Since the beginning of 2025, Bitcoin has surged by over 18%.

Institutions Now Embrace Bitcoin Price

According to Anthony Pompliano, founder and CEO of Professional Capital Management, Bitcoin has become a safer asset as it matures.
“When Bitcoin’s market cap was between IDR 1,600–3,200 trillion, few institutions could invest. But now, with its valuation in the thousands of trillions, nearly every major investor can participate,” he said in a note to clients.

President Donald Trump’s administration has also backed the digital asset sector. Trump Media & Technology Group is reportedly preparing to launch a cryptocurrency ETF that will include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Ripple.
