Justin Bieber Opens Up About His Struggles
Justin Bieber took to Instagram on Monday morning to share a raw and emotional message. He addressed ongoing speculation about his mental health and anger issues, asking fans to stop questioning if he’s okay.
“People keep telling me to heal,” he wrote. “Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues.”
The post reflects Bieber’s frustration with being expected to live up to others’ expectations of healing and self-improvement.
Justin Bieber About Exhaustion, Pressure, and Faith
Bieber explained how his efforts to grow have only led to exhaustion. He admitted that focusing too much on self-betterment has worn him down emotionally. The only thing that gives him purpose now, he said, is his faith.
“Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others,” he said. “Because honestly I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”
The statement came shortly after Bieber ended a personal relationship with someone who couldn’t understand his emotional reactions.
“Quit Asking Me If I’m Okay”
In a follow-up post, Bieber doubled down on his call for space and respect, writing:
“Quit asking me if I’m okay. Quit asking me how I’m doing. I don’t do that to you. Because I know how life is for all of us. It’s hard.”
He urged fans not to project their insecurities onto others, saying that some concern can feel more intrusive than supportive. “Your concern doesn’t come off as care. It’s just oppressive, weirdo,” he added bluntly.
A Call for Understanding
Bieber’s message is clear: he wants less pressure, more understanding, and space to navigate his personal growth on his own terms. It’s a candid moment from a celebrity often caught under the harsh spotlight of fame and public judgment.
